Another way of structuring the ‘Should’ Question

Some ‘Should’ questions can invite this structure because we want to cover both moral and pragmatic arguments.

First 1 or 2 body paragraphs – Discuss what the morally ideal scenario is

Next few body paragraphs – Introduce other constraints or concerns that make the moral ideal unfeasible. This leads to societies gravitating towards the next best alternatives that adhere to what is moral best as they can, but also take into account pragmatic concerns
