The billionaire’s other recent investments include the multibillion dollar medical hub, also in Johor – also in partnership with the Johor royals. So many learning points – where to start? Think about the implications of his investments on costing for the Singapore consumer who is the likely target market of these ventures. Also think about the role of the royal family in these business ventures. For one thing, they add stability beyond the limited years that a politician could have in office. Think about it.
